QWIK-FREEZER

Qwik-Freezer equipment utilizes liquid carbon dioxide (CO2) to freeze stationary water in selected sections of pipe or tubing. By producing very low "dry ice" temperatures, Qwik-Freezer forms a secure in-line ice plug. This temporarily isolates the water in the system and allows repairs or modifications to be made without draining down or shutting off systems.

 

 

ACCU-FREEZE

Accu-Freeze utilizes liquid nitrogen in a controlled system to freeze stationary liquids in a selected section of pipe or tubing.  By controlling the surface temperature of the pipe, Accu-freeze can accurately and safely form an in-line ice plug, capable of withstanding 2000 psi in pipes up to 12 inch diameter.

 

PIPE PLUGS

COB presents their complete line of pipe plugs. Offering a full range of test plugs from 1/2" I.D. to 96" I.D. in a variety of materials including rubber, nylon and aluminum. The plugs have pressures from 1/4 PSI up to 5000 PSI. COB offers expandable, mechanicals and inflatable, something just right for virtually any application. COB's plugs can be used in the gas, water and sewage industries as well as in the chemical, petroleum, utility, nuclear and construction fields.

PIPESTOPPERS

Leak Test Plugs automotive radiator test kit is composed of out industrial nylon expansion plugs. The kit can be used to seal radiator and coolant ports to test for leaks. The test plugs are made from a nylon body and plates that compress and industrial rubber seal.
